Some Limitations: Multitasking will only work with iPhone 3GS and 3rd generation iPod Touch, iPhone 3G or 2nd genration can be upgraded to OS 4 but can not enjoy all new features due to hardware limitations.
For iPad iPhone OS 4 will be available in Fall 2010 not in Summer.
